Teamac Industrial Floor Paint is a user-friendly single-pack floor paint that achieves a semi-gloss finish upon drying.  Recommended for a variety of surfaces, including masonry, wood, cement, and concrete, it is an economical and durable high opacity, semi-gloss paint suitable for floors and walls of concrete, cement and brick. Ideal to seal the floor, preventing dusting and providing an easy to clean surface, this fast drying floor paint is most suitable for foot and light truck traffic, such as garages, outbuildings, sheds, barns and warehouses.

Applying Teamac Industrial Fast Drying Floor Paint

For best results, apply with a brush or roller to a clean, dry, sound surface that is free from contaminants.

When painting concrete - power floated, granolithic and smooth surfaces should be roughened first to provide a good "key" for the paint. This can be done mechanically by abrading or blasting, or chemically using Coo-Var Acid Etch. These processes will have the advantage in addition to preparing the surface of also removing dirt and laitance. New concrete must be allowed to cure thoroughly which can take up to 3 months. Other surfaces have to be prepared and primed with the suitable primer for that substrate.

When painting an existing painted surface, clean, degrease and sand to ensure an adequate "key" is produced. Remove all loose and flaking material and treat bare areas as new substrate and prepare accordingly.

How many windows and doors are there in the area you want to paint?

This is based on a coverage of 10m² per litre of paint and one coat of paint.

Make sure you always check the coverage on the product page before purchasing and, if covering a dark or bright colour, you may need two or three coats.
