Sadolin Extra Durable Clearcoat Gloss

Sadolin Extra Durable Clearcoat is a unique product that offers the high performance characteristics of a woodstain, but  with minimal colour content. Extra Durable Clearcoat works by providing a flexible barrier that protects your wood from the damaging effects of rain, moisture and sun/UV light. Acting like a protective skin, it will expand and contract with your wood to help significantly prevent blistering and flaking. It is best suited for maintenance or as top coat for exterior windows and door joinery as well as on cladding and other boarded surfaces. It can be used on pretty much every exterior wood surface except decking. 

Applying Sadolin Extra Durable Clearcoat Gloss

Sadolin Extra Durable Clearcoat should be applied in a full flowing coat ensuring all surfaces and end grains are fully coated. For best results use a good quality, long-haired, soft bristle brush, paying special attention to end grain, tops and bottoms of doors, and undersides of sills. Finish with 2 or 3 full coats of Sadolin Extra Durable Clearcoat (dependent on the job) allowing a minimum of 16-24 hours drying between coats.
