Sadolin PV67 is a two-pack varnish ideal for areas that receive heavy or severe abrasion, such as bar tops or heavy traffic floor areas like dance floors, school gymnasiums or hallways. It is available in gloss or satin finishes and can be applied quickly thanks to it's fast drying formula allowing for recoat within 4 hours.
Applying Sadolin PV67 Heavy Duty Varnish
For best results apply with a clean soft bristle brush or short pile roller. If using a brush, apply evenly and slowly to avoid air bubbles. If using a short pile roller to apply, roll outwards and at right angles to ensure an even build. Each coat should be applied thickly, 75um wet film thickness is optimum so it's important not to over brush or over spread.
Without breaking through the surface of the coating, lightly sand using a fine grade sandpaper, remove all dust and apply the 2nd coat. 2-3 coats are required for best results but only sand after the first coat.
