Can you use this on upvc interior doors

We wouldn't recommend Farrow and Ball Estate Eggshell for exterior uPVC doors but Farrow and Ball Exterior Eggshell would be perfect for the job.

I need zero VOC paint as the smell of normal paint makes me nauseous . Please advise.

We recommend any of the water-based paints which are naturally lower in VOCs. We have a list of low VOC paints available here.

Which farrow and ball paint is suitable for use on kitchen walls?

We recommend Farrow and Ball Modern Emulsion. It is washable, scuff-proof, and protected against mould, making it suitable for use in every room in the home, from busy hallways to moisture-prone kitchens and bathrooms, while offering the full range of Farrow and Ball colours in a beautiful matt finish. Thanks to its water-based formula, Modern Emulsion is a low-VOC paint with very little odour.

Hi I note that you say that this (Estate Eggshell) can be used on kitchen cupboard doors. Although you recommend the Modern Emulsion for moisture-prone kitchens and bathroom, I would be grateful if you could confirm whether this could be used used in a well ventilated bathroom on cabinet doors. Thanks

yes, You can use the Farrow and Ball Estate Eggshell however if the doors are a laminated type finish this would require a specialist primer in the first instance.

Can this pain be used on MDF, and what undercoat / primer would be best to use.
F&B advise to give the surface a light key before applying the Farrow & Ball Wood primer & undercoat then you can apply the F&B Estate Eggshell. However Estate eggshell is not suitable for exterior use.

How many windows and doors are there in the area you want to paint?

This is based on a coverage of 10m² per litre of paint and one coat of paint.

Make sure you always check the coverage on the product page before purchasing and, if covering a dark or bright colour, you may need two or three coats.
