You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint which is made to order.
Free return to store
Simply take your unwanted or faulty items to your nearest store or contact us on 033 3320 2369 or [email protected] for advice. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.
Returns via courier
To arrange collection, contact us on 033 3320 2369 or [email protected] with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service. Or if you prefer, you can use any courier of your choice to return your order.
Please note that we require you to use the same packaging and inserts that your order arrived in, to return any items to us. We may not be able to offer a refund if an item arrives back to us in a damaged condition as a result of not being packaged correctly, or with incorrect packaging when returning it to us. Please let us know if you are unable to package your return securely before shipping, so that we can discuss alternative options with you.

Please ensure any returns to us from outside the European Union are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ with a £0 value on the customs declaration otherwise you may be charged the import tax on its arrival in the UK.
If an item is faulty, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you’ll be entitled to refund and replacement. If you think your item is faulty, please contact us on 033 3320 2369 or [email protected]
We’ll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn’t in stock, we’ll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there’s a difference in price, we’ll refund you or get in touch for payment.
If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
