You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint which is made to order.

Free return to store

Simply take your unwanted or faulty items to your nearest store or contact us on 033 3320 2369 or [email protected] for advice. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories. We are unable at present to accept returned items in person due to the COVID19 situation.  We will honour our returns policy once government guidelines allows us to accept returns in person.

Returns via courier

To arrange collection, contact us on 033 3320 2369 or [email protected] with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service. Or if you prefer, you can use any courier of your choice to return your order.

Please complete Returns and Exchange Form included within your order, providing the order reference (for example, 000001234), and send your items to:

Please ensure any returns to us from outside the European Union are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ with a £0 value on the customs declaration otherwise you may be charged the import tax on its arrival in the UK.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you’ll be entitled to refund and replacement. If you think your item is faulty, please contact us on 033 3320 2369 or [email protected]


We’ll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn’t in stock, we’ll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there’s a difference in price, we’ll refund you or get in touch for payment.

If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.


For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.

  • Refunds to card can take 3-5 working days
  • Refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days
