Our team prioritises quick turnarounds to keep your project on schedule. Once we’ve gotten the closest possible match, we can have your paint mixed and ready for delivery to your job site within one to two working days.
Priority orders received before 1 pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day. If you visit us in-store, you can walk out with your custom-mixed tin the same day.

No, colour-matching is never an exact replica of the original shade. Colour-matches are very close equivalents and, in most cases, are so close that you can't tell the difference. But there will always be a shade variation to some degree, no matter how small.
We recommend ordering a sample pot and painting a small amount of your colour-matched paint directly onto the shade card swatch you are matching it to. Allow it to dry fully and compare the match from there, bearing in mind that it will never be exact, but it should be very close.Â

Touch-ups may still be visible due to ageing, UV exposure, application method and slight colour variation. Old paint can change colour over time as light and dirt take their toll. For the most seamless finish, repainting the entire wall is often recommended.
Yes. The same colour can appear slightly different in matt, eggshell, satin or gloss finishes because each finish reflects light differently. Age and texture also play a role, so it's worth factoring these in when trying to achieve a true match for your project.
Yes. Many exterior masonry, wood and metal paints can be mixed to custom colours, allowing you to achieve a specific shade while maintaining weather protection. Matching exterior finishes is ideal for updating your property’s exterior style without compromising durability.
Is it better to colour-match from a physical sample or a photo?
Physical samples are more accurate for colour matching than photos, as lighting, camera settings and screen display can all distort colour. Where possible, bring in a physical sample and test it under different lighting conditions to achieve the truest match.
