It is particularly suited for access ramps, staircases, walkways, etc where the anti-slip textured finish helps to prevent any accidents.
Applying Armstead Trade Anti-Slip Floor Paint
For best results, we recommend that you apply 2 coats using a brush or roller to a clean, dry surface. If painting a brand new or bare porous surface, seal with one coat thinned with up to 1 part white spirit, before applying two regular coats. Touch dry in just 6 hours and useable after 48 hours, it is essential that the coated floor is well ventilated while drying. While useable after 48 hours, full hardness is not reached for 7 days. Try to avoid excessive wear and tear during this period.
Is Armstead Trade Anti Slip Floor Paint wet proof for a shower floor?
Armstead Trade Anti Slip Floor Paint is suitable for interior and exterior use and is waterproof so could be used on a shower floor. Please note that if the shower floor is plastic or porcelain, a suitable primer will be required.
