Bedec Superflex Roof Coating is a flexible elastomeric coating that can be applied to roofs, clay tiles, timber, concrete, asbestos, concrete, felt, corrugated iron, copper, lead, zinc, slate roof tiles, asphalt roofs and glass reinforced plastic in exterior settings.
It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray to form a high-build, seamless waterproof membrane which allows for movement of the underlying substrate for a long life protection. Due to its flexible nature, it doesn't crack or split on the surface. With low odour and low VOCs, this water-based roof paint is a great solution for a long-lasting finish.

Apply using a brush, roller or spray. Touch dry in 4-6 hours and ready for a recoat after overnight drying.
