Specially designed to resist re-wetting, it effectively blocks both water-soluble and oil-soluble stains, allowing you to complete your painting projects with a single primer. This unique primer can be applied directly over water and smoke stains, providing a seamless solution for tough staining issues.
With its exceptional adhesion, Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus easily tackles challenging interior and exterior surfaces, including glossy finishes, ceramic tiles, non-ferrous metals (like aluminium, stainless steel, and galvanized metal), vinyl, hardboard, melamine, varnish, plastic, GRP, UPVC, wood, masonry, and more.
Rich in a biocide that protects the dried coating against fungal degradation, it's ideal for high-humidity environments such as bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms.
