Smith and Rodger Rocktop Multi-Surface Clearcoat is clear lacquer coating that can be applied to almost any surface to create a highly durable finish. Thanks to the water-based formula, Clearcoat won't yellow and is low in VOCs. It can be applied to high-traffic areas including domestic wooden floors, wooden doors, panelling, skirting, worktops, furniture, as well as cork, tiles and stone. Clearcoat is also be applied over wallpaper in bathrooms and high humidity areas to seal it off.
Rocktop Clearcoat is available in clear matt, satin and gloss finishes.
Applying Rocktop Multi-Surface Clearcoat
We recommend using a brush or roller to apply at least 2 coats, or 3 coats for maximum durability. Thanks to the water-based formula, it is touch dry in 30 minutes and ready for recoating after 2 hours. For floors we recommend avoiding heavy use, moving furniture or laying rugs for 72 hours.
