Tikkurila Luja Universal Primer is an acrylic primer for use as part of the Luja hygiene system. Forming a tight, impervious primer film which when used with Luja finishing top coats, it prevents moisture damage during repeated washing or in constant states high humidity.
Perfect for new and old surfaces, plaster, dry lining board, previously painted alkyd coatings, timber, wood fiber board, blockwork and concrete. This primer is well suited to kitchens, bathrooms, hospitals, swimming pools, areas of high traffic.
We reccomend you apply using a brush, roller or spray for ease of application.

Orders placed after 1pm on a weekday or over a weekend will be shipped on the next working day. For example:
- An order placed after 1 pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday with an expected delivery attempt on Monday (excluding National Bank Holidays).
- An order placed after 1 pm on a Friday, over the weekend, or before 1 pm on a Monday, will dispatch on Monday with an expected delivery attempt on Tuesday (excluding National Bank Holidays).
