Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Solvent Based Satin White

Zinsser Exterior Allcoat is a high performing mould resistant paint for exterior surfaces including wood, metal, masonry, cladding, plastic, and concrete. It can even be applied to previously painted surfaces without sanding, over glossy paints or those coated with bitumen, tar varnish or creosote. A highly durable paint thanks to its breathable, water shedding coating rich in biocides to protect against fungal degradation, it has an expected life span of up to 15 years.

Offering high levels of resistance against cracking, blistering, and flaking, it creates a tough coating that will withstand the toughest of weather conditions keeping its depth of colour and tough finish.

Preparation and Application

For best results, remove any existing mould or mildew and apply two coats using a brush, roller or spray. If spraying Zinsser Allcoat Solvent Based, we recommend that you thin first.

There is no need to prime before applying Allcoat as it is a self-priming paint. The first coat primes and seals the surface, providing a base for the top coat. The top coat completes the sealing process while providing additional moisture resistance and protection.

A quick and easy to apply exterior paint, it is touch dry and shower resistant after just one hour and is ready for a recoat after three hours.
