The Fox Paint Brushes
What are Fox Paint Brushes?
Fox Paint Brushes come from a range designed in part with help from painters and decorators. It’s aiming to provide a cheaper brush that can be used equally as well on water or solvent-based paints. Fox brushes are made in the UK, unlike some of the big brand names you’re used to seeing in stores.
And unlike many other brands, you shouldn’t have to see yourself doing any prep work with the brush before using emulsions. Their smaller brushes also work quite well for those who are looking for a smooth finish on indoor surfaces and corners (they work fantastically on cabinets and small furniture).
If you’re looking for a finishing set on a budget, we do also recommend looking at the Axus Grey Immaculate Finish Brush Set.
Why use Fox Paint Brushes?
A mixture of quality and performance help The Fox paint brushes work great in our opinion. Many of the brushes have a filament which helps brushes hold a decent amount of paint on the brush for longer without getting the dreaded plop and beading from the first application.
We also like how the ferrule is made from stainless steel. If you’re someone who paints all the time, you’ll know all too well about caps on cheap/ low-quality brushes showing signs of rust after you’ve let them dry in their own time. That isn’t the case with these brushes, which should stand the test of time.
