Are you open during this next phase of lockdown annouced on the 05/04/21?

Yes, we are open and will continue to operate as an essential retailer. All of our stores in Scotland and England are open as usual with all safety measure in place to ensure our customers and employees are safe. We would recommend you use our local delivery service by calling your local store or if you are further afield, order online via our website for delivery throughout the UK. 

When visiting a store, please follow the instructions given on the signage or by our store colleagues and please remember you must wear a face covering to protect yourself, our colleagues and other customers. (Unless exempt for health reasons)

We recognise, due to exceptional high demand, our delivery times have been longer than usual and that a small number of products may not be available but please be reassured that we are doing all that we can to provide you with the product you need as quickly as possible.

Our website and home delivery service is operating as normal. 

How long will an online delivery take?

Delivery & Collections

All our stores have a free local delivery service and an easy to use click& Collect service via our website. When collecting any item from our stores, please respect the strict social distancing measures we’ve put in place for the safety of both our customers and colleagues. There will be a clearly marked distancing signage outside and inside the stores.

How do I pay my trade account as I usually pay at the store?

Please email [email protected] with your account number and the team will process any payments. 

Will you accept my orders by phone and email?

If you are local to our stores, please get in touch with your preferred store which is open and they will process your order for you. Visit our stores page for details and opening hours.
