A message to our customers
To protect our customers and employees, The Paint Shed is now operating as a ‘online-only’ service.
Our website and online ordering system are operating as close to normal as possible. To ensure we provide the best service possible during this time, the website will temporarily stop items being added to your basket when we have reached the daily maximum orders that our warehouse can handle. When the 'add to basket' option is unavailable, you can add items to your Wishlist and place your order the following day.
Due to exceptional demand, it's taking longer than usual for our warehouses to process orders and our Customer Services team are currently dealing with extremely high volumes of enquiries and will respond to your queries as soon as they can. We’ve adjusted our delivery times to help ease the burden on our teams, who are working hard to meet the level of demand we’re experiencing, so we kindly ask that you keep this in mind when you place your order.
We are working hard with our delivery partners to ensure that all deliveries are completed however there may be some delays. The best way to track progress of your online order is to click the tracking link in your despatch email from FedEx sent shortly after placing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery until further notice.
