Appling Dulux Ultimate Opaque

Dulux Trade Weathershield Ultimate Opaque is a ‘ready to use’ exterior coating, it does not require thinning. A primer or basecoat may be required depending on the surface condition and whether the wood is bare. For best results apply on to a clean, dry and sound surface. Can Dulux Trade Ultimate Opaque be used on decking

We wouldn't recommend using Dulux Trade Ultimate Opaque on the decking as it isn't designed to be used on flooring, it is best suited for exterior joinery or cladding. We suggest a decking-specific product like a Cuprinol Decking Stain or Demidekk Garden and Decking Stain.

Can Dulux Trade Ultimate Opaque be used on a metal garage door?

We wouldn't recommend Dulux Trade Ultimate Opaque for metal surfaces, it is best suited for wooden surfaces. For a metal garage door we offer a wide range of specialist metal paints perfect for metal garage doors.
