Johnstone's Trade Woodworks Opaque Wood Finish is a premium, low maintenance, resin-based wood coating for exterior wood. It provides a mid-sheen satin finish with good opacity and is a microporous coating designed to protect from water and reduce blistering, cracking and peeling. It also resists UV attack prolonging the longevity of the coating once applied. it is best suited for use on rough-sawn timber surfaces such as fences, gates and cladding but can also be used on smooth planed surfaces.

Applying Johnstone's Trade Woodworks Opaque Wood Finish

For best results apply 2 coats using a brush or roller to a clean, dry surface. It offers brilliant coverage of up to 12m2 per litre so a little goes a long way. If applying to a previously painted surface, sand this back before applying 1 coat of clear wood preserver first.
