Paint and Paper Library Architects All Surface Primer is a water-based multi-surface primer and undercoat. Suitable for use on most surfaces including wood, metal, UPVC, plastic, tiles, glass and more. Tinted to your chosen topcoat colour, this high opacity primer and undercoat is compatible with water and oil based topcoats and is touch dry after just 1 hour, ready for a topcoat after 2 hours.

Paint and Paper Library Architects All Surface Primer can be applied using a brush, roller or spray to a clean, dry surface. If using a conventional sprayer to apply, thin by up to 40% water or 20% if using an airless sprayer.
