Sikkens Rubbol Satura Plus is a premium, satin-finish paint designed for long-lasting protection on interior and exterior wood and metal surfaces. Ideal for doors, windows, trims, and radiators, this high-performance topcoat delivers a smooth, refined sheen while offering superior durability and excellent resistance to wear, weather, and UV damage.
With outstanding flow and levelling, Rubbol Satura Plus ensures a sleek, brush-mark-free finish that maintains its colour and appearance over time. The solvent-based formula is easy to apply and ideal for use on both new and previously painted surfaces when used with the appropriate primer.
Preparation and Application
For best results, ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and wax, with a moisture content below 18%. Use an appropriate primer in a matching shade to promote strong adhesion and an even finish. Apply two coats of Sikkens Rubbol Satura Plus with a quality synthetic brush or microfibre roller, allowing 18 hours of drying time between coats. It can also be used as a mid-coat beneath a high-gloss topcoat for added durability. Maintain the finish with regular cleaning using a lint-free cloth and warm water. Inspect annually for wear—lightly sand any affected areas, remove dust, and reapply one or two coats as needed.
