Armstead Trade Smooth Masonry Paint is a professional-grade, smooth exterior paint. With a high build finish, excellent coverage and easy application, it is also BBA certified to provide up to 15 years of protection. Shower-resistant in just 30 minutes, it is touch dry after 2 hours and ready for recoat after 4 hours.
Applying Armstead Trade Smooth Masonry
For best results apply 2 coats with a brush, roller or spray to a clean, completely dry surface ensuring all loose, defective paint or powdery residues have been removed by thorough brushing and scraping, using a stiff bristle brush. Treat any areas affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with Dulux Trade Weathershield Multi-Surface Fungicidal Wash. Use a sand and cement mix for larger holes and cracks and for any surfaces that remain powdery, friable or chalky after thorough preparation should be sealed with Armstead Trade Stabilising Primer.
