Does it apply smoothly?
How smooth the application is depends how the surface has been can prepared before applying Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Scuff X Satin and the tools used to apply the paint. The tools Benjamin Moore advise using are Benjamin Moore® Professional custom-blended nylon/polyester brush, Benjamin Moore® Professional roller, or a similar product.
Can Scuff X be matched to Paint & Paper Library colours?
Unfortunately Benjamin Moore can only tint to Benjamin Moore colours and limited to certain Ral colours.
