Clean Extreme Mould Inhibiting Scrubbable Matt is a water-based dual-purpose paint that is both stain resistant and defends against mould growth. Designed for use on interior walls and ceilings, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms where there is a lot of moisture. It has been formulated using advanced slow-release technology of its extreme fungicidal barrier defence and with a superior stain resistance, making it a low-maintenance paint ideal for high-maintenance areas.

Wash, scrub and wipe away new or aged stains easily thanks to its ISO 11998 class 1 scrub rating.

For best results, apply 2 coats using a brush, roller or spray to a clean, dry surface.

can i use it straight onto plaster
Yes, you can apply Crown Trade Clean Extreme Mould Inhibiting Scrubbable Matt directly to plaster but we recommend applying a mist coat thinned by 40% water first before applying 2 full coats.
Is it suitable for comercial food preparation areas?
You can use Crown Trade Clean Extreme in commercial settings and food prep areas. It is class #1 scrubbable which means it can be washed and scrubbed clean without damaging the surface.
Can I paint over wallpaper with this
It really depends on the type of wallpaper you are painting over. Please call us on 03333 202 369 for more detailed advice.
What do you recommend to clean off mould stains before repainting?

We recommend washing the stains with fungicidal wash before allowing it to dry fully and applying the topcoat.

My plumber has finished my bathroom in basic trade emulsion can this be used over the top to seal ceiling and walls?
Crown Trade Clean Extreme is suitable for bathrooms so can be applied over the top. We recommend two topcoats for full durability and resistance to humidity.

How long can I paint after dot and dab plasterboard and skim
It can take between days and 2 weeks, It can depend on how long the plasterboard takes to dry and adhere to the Dot & Dab adhesive.
Can this paint be used to paint kitchen cupboards

Yes, However we would recommend using Zinsser Bin Primer before applying.
